FLYING INTO CORFU AND NEED TO GET TO LEFKAS?

KTEL Corfu have a bus service from Corfu to Athens three times daily.  The bus uses the Aktio Immersed Tunnel and you can get off at Aktio Airport.  The cost of a ticket is €10.+ the ferry crossing to Igoumenitsa.  It does not call in at Preveza.
This means that people picking you up have only to go to Aktio airport, saving the long trip up to Iggy and back.
The journey time is approx four and a quarter hours, (inc the 2hr ferry crossing).
If no one is picking you up, the bus between Preveza and Lefkas runs six times a day Mon-Sat (only twice on Sundays) and it runs past Aktio airport.
Bearing in mind the useless bus schedule between Igoumenitsa and Lefkas, this could be a viable solution

NIVADS SUMMER SHOW

NIVADS first Summer Show will be on Thursday 12th June at Bill's Bar (Silenus, Paleokatouna) starting promptly at 8.00pm.

Many thanks to all of you who have agreed to take part (brave souls) or help in any other way.

I would also like to make an appeal for Raffle Prizes.  We have had some splendid prizes in the past of vouchers for local tavernas or bars.

So, if you would like to approach the owners of your favorite haunt they may be pleased to donate to our good cause, the Lighthouse Charity.

Other donations would, of course, be more than welcome.
